1.Verify the size you order:
The best person to evaluate the length, gauge, or diameter of the jewelry you need is a professional piercer. Therefore, we strongly suggest you make an appointment in store to get it installed by one of our professional piercers. To do so, simply select “in store pick-up” at the end of the transaction.
If you can’t make it to our studio, please be sure you have been to a professional piercer to know what size jewelry you need.

2. Verify the color you choose:
Please note that the pictures we take of our jewelry, might not reflect the actual color (metal or stone) of the jewelry you will receive. The color of some stones can vary since they are natural stones.

PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit is your guarantee to have an appointment booked with us and will be kept until the last tattoo session. At the end of that appointment, your deposit will be deducted from the final price.
A 48-hour notice is required for any rescheduling or changes, or your deposit will be lost. You can advise us by email at [email protected] or by calling us at 450-933-9398. Please make sure that you have a confirmation from a member of our staff, otherwise the cancellation will not be valid.
Your deposit is kept for a period of 6 months from the day of your last appointment. If your tattoo only requires one appointment, your deposit will be good for 6 months beginning from your consultation appointment (if a consultation was not needed, it will be the day you sent the deposit). If your tattoo needs 2 sessions or more, the deposit will be good for 6 months starting on the date of the last appointment that you were present for.
The deposit is only valid for the project mentioned and approved by the artist. In the case of a COMPLETE change of mind or several modifications on the project, your deposit will be cashed in by the artist as compensation. Another deposit and consultation will be needed for any new project.
The drawing will be available the same day as the tattoo appointment, unless of an arrangement with the artist. No drawing will be sent by Facebook or by e-mail in advance.
Once your deposit is sent, it is important to contact us by email so we can confirm we have received your payment. If someone else is paying for you, please inform us of the name of that person so we can associate the right deposit with the right person.
YOU MUST BE 18+ YEARD OLD TO GET TATTOOED (no exceptions). Make sure you have a valid ID when you come for your tattoo appointment, everyone gets carded.
